Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for a PRN role in Winter Haven, Florida. You will work under the supervision of licensed therapists to deliver patient-centered care and adjust plans accordingly.

The position emphasizes flexible daytime PRN scheduling, direct mentorship, and collaboration with a supportive therapy team to maintain high-quality outcomes for patients at Lake Mariam Health and Rehabilitation Center.

Competenze

• Active PTA license in good standing.
• 1 year of PTA experience preferred.
• Must be able to implement treatment plans under supervision of a PT.

Mansioni

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices
