Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for PRN daytime coverage at LaBelle Health and Rehabilitation Center in LaBelle, FL. The role supports therapists by implementing treatment plans, documenting patient progress, and educating patients on exercises and assistive devices.

Required is an Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant, a current PTA license, and preferred 1 year of PTA experience.

• Associate degree as PTA is required.
• Current, unencumbered state PTA license.
• 1 year PTA experience preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under supervision of a PT.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes to supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT
