Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for a PRN role at our Sunrise, FL location. You will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to implement treatment plans and monitor patient progress.

The position emphasizes flexibility and collaboration with licensed therapists, while ensuring high-quality patient care. A PTA license in good standing and an Associate Degree are required; 1 year of PTA experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• Current, unencumbered PTA license required.
• 1 year PTA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under supervision of a PT.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes to supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices
