Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to join Lake Mariam Health and Rehabilitation Center in Winter Haven, FL. You will work under supervision of a Physical Therapist, providing individualized treatment plans and patient education.

This role offers flexible daytime PRN scheduling and a licensed PTA with at least 1 year of experience is preferred. Location is Winter Haven, FL, with on-site work and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.
