Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to join a team that values your clinical voice alongside our full-time staff. You will provide patient care in the Garden View Health and Rehabilitation Center, Vero Beach, FL, scheduling flexible daytime hours.

Requirements include an Associate Degree in PTA, an active Florida PTA license, and at least one year of PTA experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License.
• 1 year of previous PTA experience preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices
