Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC in Kissimmee, FL is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our patient-centered team. You will collaborate with licensed PTs to implement individualized treatment plans and support residents across our skilled care facilities.

The role emphasizes hands-on therapy, patient education, and progress documentation, with a daytime PRN schedule at Kissimmee Health and Rehabilitation Center.

Formación

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required
• Current, unencumbered state PTA License
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred

Responsabilidades

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices
