Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our therapist-led team in Fredericksburg, VA. This PRN, daytime role supports a growing national footprint across 16 states.

You will implement treatment plans, document patient progress, and educate patients on home exercise programs and proper assistive devices, under supervision of a licensed PT.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices
