Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our clinician-led team at Browns Valley Health Center in Browns Valley, MN. This PRN role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care under PT supervision and contributing to program growth across our Missouri Valley footprint.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate Degree in PTA, an active state PTA license, and values patient education and collaborative care with therapists and staff.

Formación

• Associate degree required for PTA.
• Current, unencumbered state PTA license.
• 1 year of PTA experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices
