Job summary

Pine Acres Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation in Lexington, NC is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehab team on a PRN basis. You will provide hands-on care, follow treatment plans, and help residents achieve therapy goals in a skilled nursing facility.

Join a resident-centered environment with a dedicated rehabilitation team, participate in discharge planning, track progress, and communicate with families and the nursing team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Current state licensure as a PTA.
• Prior LTC/SNF experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist residents as needed.
• Strong teamwork and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow treatment plans as directed by the Physical Therapist.
• Provide one-on-one and group therapy to residents.
• Track daily notes, treatment progress, and billing.
• Assist with discharge planning and patient education.
• Communicate with therapy team, nursing, and families.
• Participate in care meetings and facility initiatives.

Pine Acres Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide quality, hands‑on care and help our residents achieve their therapy goals in a skilled nursing setting. As a Physical Therapist Assistant at Pine Acres, you will have the opportunity to work in a resident-centered environment, partner with a dedicated rehabilitation team, and make a daily impact in the lives of our residents.

Position Details:

• Status: PRN
• Shift: Day shift preferred (flexibility may be available)
• Setting: Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility

Responsibilities:

• Follow treatment plans as directed by the Physical Therapist
