Job summary

Pine Acres Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full‑time day shift in a long‑term care setting. Join a supportive rehab team where your hands‑on care helps residents reach therapy goals.

You will follow treatment plans, provide individual and group therapy, track notes, assist with discharge planning, and communicate with the therapy team and families. A PTA program graduate with state licensure is required; LTC experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Prior long-term care / skilled nursing experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist residents as needed.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

We're looking for a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide quality, hands‑on care and help our residents achieve their therapy goals in a skilled nursing setting.

Position Details

• Status: Full Time

• Shift: Day shift preferred (flexibility may be available)

• Setting: Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility

Responsibilities
