Job summary

South Creek Post Acute is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist Assistant to support our residents' mobility goals under a licensed Physical Therapist.

You will deliver treatment per care plans, document progress, and help educate residents and families in safe exercises, while maintaining clean facilities and collaborating with the care team.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Washington State
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute rehab preferred
• Familiarity with Casamba or PointClickCare a plus

Responsibilities

Part-Time: $35.00-$45.00 per hour DOE

General Purpose

Under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, the PTA provides hands-on care, implements treatment plans, and helps residents reach their therapy goals in a positive, team-oriented environment.
