Chandler Creek Post Acute in Greer, SC is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our rehab team. You will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to help residents regain mobility and maintain independence in a 133-bed skilled nursing facility.

This position, while titled Full-Time, offers PRN opportunities across our network in SC with competitive pay of $25-$35 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, 401K matching, and team-focused

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program.
• Active, unencumbered PTA license in South Carolina.
• Prior experience in skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient therapy treatments as outlined in care plans.
• Assist residents with exercises, mobility training, and rehabilitation activities.
• Monitor and report patient progress to the Physical Therapist.
• Maintain accurate and timely treatment documentation.
• Ensure a safe and supportive therapy environment.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.

Position Summary
