Job summary

Westview Nursing & Rehab is seeking PRN Physical Therapist Assistants to provide skilled therapy under the supervision of a registered physical therapist across ASC Therapies & Wellness Settings including home health, skilled nursing, and outpatient services.

You will support direct therapy, monitor progress, and collaborate on discharge plans while maintaining positive interactions with patients and staff in local ASC facilities.

Qualifications

• Provide therapy under the supervision of the licensed physical therapist.
• Monitor and document patient progress as outlined in care plans.
• Collaborate with the care team for discharge planning.
• Adhere to applicable state regulations concerning physical therapy.

The Physical Therapy Assistant assists in providing skilled care under the supervision of the registered physical therapist. Able to provide services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness Settings. Able to provide services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness Settings including home health, skilled nursing, outpatient therapies.

• Maintain positive level of interaction with patients and center staff
• Adhere to applicable state regulations concerning occupational therapy
