Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified physical therapy assistant candidates to join our dynamic team. As a PTA, you will work under the guidance of a physical therapist and help implement individualized treatment plans for patients.

You will assist with all phases of physical therapy, discuss progress with patients, and document responses to treatments. Strong teamwork and reliable communication with staff are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Qualified PTA with ability to follow plan of care.
• Experience assisting with PT treatment programs.
• Accurate documentation of patient conditions after each visit.

Responsibilities

• Assist treating patients by following an individualized plan of care.
• Develop and implement PT treatment programs with the PT's guidance.
• Assist patients with all phases of PT treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record responses in charts after visits.
• Provide continuous communication with PT, Director or Rehab, and staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard PT equipment.
