KORT - Kentucky Orthopedic Rehab Team in Corydon, IN is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for outpatient care on a part-time basis. The role supports an orthopedic team and offers weekday scheduling with flexible coverage to fit your availability.

You will provide high-quality PT services under a licensed PT, participate in patient care, and contribute to a positive patient experience while maintaining compliance with state practice guidelines.

Qualifications

• College graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Outpatient experience in the last 5 years if a practicing clinician.
• Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTE.
• Valid state physical therapist assistant (PTA) license (or license in process).
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality PTA services under the supervision of a licensed PT.
• Maintain positive interactions with patients and centers.

Schedule: Part time weekdays (Mon-Fri)

Compensation: Starting at $26.00 /hour

• Responsible for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by State Practice Act.


• Implement, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures


• Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients, and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff.

Minimum Qualifications
