KORT - Kentucky Orthopedic Rehab Team is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient care in Corydon, IN. This full-time role offers mentorship, unrestricted CEUs, and multiple residency tracks to advance your career while enabling a flexible practice in orthopedics, geriatrics, oncology rehab, or pelvic health.

You will manage a varied caseload across orthopedic and specialty areas, with competitive compensation and opportunities for advancement based on board certification and performance.

Qualifications

• Outpatient experience in the last 5 years if practicing clinician.
• CPR certification required for all staff.
• Valid State Physical Therapist License is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors.
• Attend center meetings as directed by the center manager.

Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient- KORT
Location: KORT Corydon, 173 Pacer Dr. NW Corydon, IN 47112
Schedule: Full-time, Monday- Friday
Patient Care: 10-12 patient visits per day within an 8-hour day, one-hour visit length
Mentorship: Monthly Clinical Excellence Academy labs and lecture sessions for all clinicians to continue to learn and grow
CEUs: Unlimited CEU options to continue to advance your skills
Certification tracks: COMT tracks, Orthopedic residency track, Geriatric residency track, Hand therapy residency *Salary increases for Board Certifications*
Compensation: $72,000-$95,000/year, commensurate with experience

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT school
• Outpatient experience in the last 5 years if practicing clinician
• Outpatient clinical rotation if a current student
• Valid State Physical Therapist License
