KORT - Kentucky Orthopedic Rehab Team in Mt. Washington, KY is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient orthopedic center. You will provide patient care under the supervision of a licensed PT and contribute to a collaborative clinical team delivering high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Outpatient clinical rotation during studies.
• Outpatient experience in the last 5 years if licensed.
• Passed the CAPTE national PTA examination.
• Valid state PTA license (or in process).
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
• Deliver high-quality PT services per policy and procedures.
• Maintain positive interactions with centers, patients, and staff.

Position: Physical Therapist Assistant- KORT-Mt. Washington, KY

Location: 190 Shadowmeade Lane Mt Washington Ky 40047

Schedule: Monday-Friday (no weekends)

Compensation: starting at $23.50/hour and up commensurate with experience.

• Responsible for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by State Practice Act.
• Implement, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures
• Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients, and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff.

Minimum Qualifications

• College graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program
• Outpatient clinical rotation if a current student
• Outpatient experience in the last 5 years if a licensed clinician
• Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTE
• Valid state physical therapist assistant (PTA) license (or license in process)
