Job summary

Cane Ridge Post-Acute and Rehabilitation Center in Antioch, TN seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant to support mobility, strength, and functional independence for residents under supervision of a Physical Therapist.

You will implement treatment plans, monitor responses, and educate residents and families while documenting services and collaborating with the care team to meet discharge goals.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Current, unencumbered PTA license in Tennessee.
• Long-term Care/skilled Nursing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
