Confluent Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for an outpatient setting in Louisville, KY. You will work under the direction of a PT to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care, progress patients toward functional goals, and build strong patient relationships.

The role emphasizes professional growth through a PDP, mentorship, and access to EIM training, while benefiting from generous PTO, healthcare options, and a 401(k) plan with a 4% employer match.

Formación

• Licensed PTA or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program

• Deliver high-quality outpatient treatment under the direction of the Physical Therapist
• Progress patients toward functional goals through evidence-based care

• Complete timely, accurate documentation

Qualifications

About

Compensation:

$25.00 - $30.00 + productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials.
