Domnovate is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for a local contract in Salem, New Hampshire. You will implement treatment under supervision, guide therapeutic exercises, and collaborate with the rehabilitation team to advance patients’ mobility and independence.

Strong communication, documentation, and patient-centered care are essential. The assignment runs through January 16, 2027, with a 36-hour guaranteed weekly schedule and a 40-hour planning basis, all on-site.

Formación

• NH PTA licensure or eligibility with required licensure before practice.

Our Client is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for a local contract opportunity in Salem, New Hampshire. Bring your clinical judgment, practical problem-solving and commitment to helping people make the most of their abilities.

Your work

Implement treatment established by the supervising physical therapist, helping patients work toward individualized mobility and functional goals. Provide therapeutic exercise, gait and balance activities and other interventions within your scope and the plan of care. Observe each person’s response, document progress and communicate changes to the supervising physical therapist so care can be adjusted appropriately.

Patient and caregiver education are important parts of the work. Explain techniques clearly, encourage safe participation and collaborate with the rehabilitation team to support a coordinated plan. Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and practice in accordance with your professional scope, safety requirements and applicable standards.

Assignment and schedule

• Local, on-site contract opportunity in Salem, New Hampshire.
• Day shift listed as 8:00 AM–4:30 PM with a 30-minute meal period.
• 40 hours per week is the planning basis; the assignment lists a 36-hour weekly guarantee subject to its attendance and assignment terms.
• The current assignment is listed through January 16, 2027. Start timing, remaining duration and the confirmed schedule will be reviewed before an offer.
• This is a local W-2 opportunity; the advertised compensation does not include a traveler stipend.

What you bring

• New Hampshire Physical Therapist Assistant licensure, or eligibility with required licensure completed before practice.

Employment arrangement:

Contract and per diem placements recruited through Domnovate Healthcare are W-2 employment through our employer of record. Our Client is the assignment site.
