Job summary

Domnovate Healthcare seeks a licensed Physical Therapist for an on-site contract in Laconia, New Hampshire. You will evaluate functional needs, develop treatment goals, and deliver interventions to improve mobility and independence while educating patients and caregivers.

Role is local, 40 hours per week with a 35-hour guaranteed, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM schedule. Compensation ranges from $44.25 to $47.10 per hour; W-2 employment through the client, with benefits available.

Qualifications

Our Client is seeking a Physical Therapist for a local contract opportunity in Laconia, New Hampshire. Bring your clinical judgment, practical problem-solving and commitment to helping people make the most of their abilities.

Your work

Evaluate functional needs, identify movement and mobility limitations, and develop individualized treatment goals. Deliver appropriate therapeutic interventions, reassess progress and adapt the plan of care as needs change. Use your knowledge of exercise, gait, balance, strength and functional mobility to connect treatment with activities that matter to each person.

Patient and caregiver education are important parts of the work. Explain techniques clearly, encourage safe participation and collaborate with the rehabilitation team to support a coordinated plan. Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and practice in accordance with your professional scope, safety requirements and applicable standards.

Assignment and schedule

• Local, on-site contract opportunity in Laconia, New Hampshire.
• Day shift listed as 8:00 AM-4:30 PM with a 30-minute meal period.
• 40 hours per week is the planning basis; the assignment lists a 35-hour weekly guarantee subject to its attendance and assignment terms.
• The current assignment is listed through January 9, 2027. Start timing, remaining duration and the confirmed schedule will be reviewed before an offer.
• This is a local W-2 opportunity; the advertised compensation does not include a traveler stipend.

What you bring

• New Hampshire Physical Therapy licensure, or eligibility with required licensure completed before practice.
• Relevant accredited physical therapy education and the ability to evaluate, plan, deliver and document care within scope.

• Readiness to complete applicable credential, screening, orientation and client requirements.
