Pay Range

This range is provided by CenterWell Home Health. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $63,100.00/yr - $86,400.00/yr

Role Summary

Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first. As a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant, you will:

• Administer the physical therapy treatment plan as developed by the Physical Therapist.
• Perform non-complex active and passive manual therapeutic exercises, therapeutic massage, traction, heat, light, cold, water, and electrical modalities to patients.
• Accurately document client records and submit clinical paperwork on time.
• Attend educational meetings and contribute to department in-services.
• Notify supervisors of any equipment failures, supply shortages, or departmental changes.
• Schedule clients and perform office tasks as needed.
• Apply infection control and universal precautions during patient care.
• Accept clinical assignments appropriate to your education and competence.
• Promote compliance with third-party payors through education and coaching.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice Physical Therapy.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Proof of current CPR certification.
• Minimum of two years experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Knowledge of geriatric population changes.
• Self-directed, enthusiastic, receptive to feedback.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Maintains clinical competency and meets continuing education requirements.
• Flexible schedule and ability to travel locally.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and speak fluent English.
• Good attendance record.

Additional Information

The pay range reflects a good faith estimate for full-time employment; actual pay varies based on location, skills, and experience.
