Alpha Home Health and Hospice is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver high-quality in-home rehab under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. You will implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, and safety in clients' homes.

You will monitor progress, document accurately, and educate clients and caregivers on exercises and safe mobility techniques, collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team to achieve common goals.

Qualificações

• Current licensure/certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Strong patient care, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in the home environment under clinical direction.

Physical Therapist Assistant (In-Home Rehabilitation)

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate in-home rehab services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
