CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES INC. in the United States seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to support seniors and individuals with disabilities in home-based rehabilitation.

Under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will implement treatment plans to improve mobility, reduce pain, and promote safe independence. You will perform hands-on exercises, monitor progress, document outcomes, and educate clients and families on home exercise programs and safety strategies.

• PTA training and licensure/registration as applicable.
