Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-facility rehab team. You will implement established PT programs, deliver therapy sessions, and help patients regain strength and independence in a compassionate setting.

Reporting to the Director of Rehab, you will collaborate with therapists and nurses, support care plans across skilled nursing centers and outpatient clinics, and participate in a nationwide clinician development program.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement physical therapy programs and activities per recovery plans.
• Deliver therapy treatments and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with rehab team to coordinate care.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to restore function.
