Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide in-facility therapy services. You will implement PT programs, follow recovery plans, and help patients regain strength and independence in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

You will work with a multidisciplinary rehab team in skilled nursing and outpatient settings, delivering compassionate care, documenting progress, and collaborating to advance each patient’s goals.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse patient populations.

Responsibilities

• Implement PT programs and activities for patients.
• Follow developed recovery plans to restore mobility and function.
• Deliver therapy treatments with compassion and professionalism.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to coordinate patient care and progression.
