Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for an in-facility role reporting to the Director of Rehab. You will help patients regain function by implementing PT programs, following recovery plans, and delivering treatments designed to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities.

You will work as part of a collaborative team, adapting care to each patient’s needs, while supporting referrals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing physical therapy programs and recovery plans.
• Deliver therapy treatments and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with the rehab team and refer when needed.
• Provide compassionate care focused on restoring function.
• Address whole-patient needs and motivate patients.
