Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-facility team. You will implement therapy programs, follow recovery plans, and deliver patient-centered treatment to help individuals regain strength and mobility.

As a PTA, you will collaborate with a supportive rehab department, report to the Director of Rehab, and contribute to a compassionate care environment across skilled nursing, outpatient, and home-based settings.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement physical therapy programs and activities as part of recovery plans.
• Deliver therapy treatments and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to ensure cohesive patient care.
• Report to the Director of Rehab and participate in continuous quality improvement.
