Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• Currently licensed in the state of practice or holding a state-authorized temporary permit/license.
• Health Care Provider Basic Life Support Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Physical Therapist in delivering physical therapy procedures as directed.
• Document patient progress notes and track treatment outcomes.
• Modify treatment procedures within the established plan as patient status changes.
• Coordinate workload and provide direction to the Physical Therapy aide.
