Job summary

Team Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our therapist-owned outpatient network spanning Indiana, Michigan, Illinois, Wisconsin, and Georgia. You will provide high-quality patient care under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist and help patients understand injuries, progress, and long-term wellness strategies.

We offer strong mentorship, funded CEUs, paid time off, and a competitive compensation package including $25–$30 per hour.

Qualifications

• Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Valid PTA license or eligibility to obtain.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

• Team-oriented with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Treat patients, address questions, and educate them on injuries, progress, and long-term wellness strategies.
• Supervise Techs during modalities and assist with setup and cleanup.
• Complete accurate, timely documentation for daily notes and discharges.
• Maintain productivity expectations (60 treatments in a 40 hour week in an outpatient ortho setting).
• Assist in developing and refining treatment protocols.
• Participate in clinic research studies.
• Continue to grow professionally through CEUs and approved coursework.
