Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; PTA degree preferred.
• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Complete state CEU requirements (NY, NJ).
• Valid CPR license.
• Experience with EMR software preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Team player with minimal supervision.
• Positive, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provides PT interventions that are safe, effective, and per JAG PT guidelines.
• Manages and delegates to support staff for patient care.
• Completes notes in WebPT EMR in a timely manner per guidelines.
• Maintains CEU requirements for PTA license and attends seminars.
• Assists with cleanliness and organization of the facility.
• Educates the surrounding community through lectures.
• Demonstrates respectful intervention with patients and colleagues.
• Other duties as assigned.
