JAG Physical Therapy is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide treatment under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. You will manage a full caseload and complete all required documentation for patient care in WebPT EMR.

This role requires a PTA license, state CEU compliance, and strong communication. The position supports a team environment with opportunities for growth and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or PTA degree required.
• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Completed state CEU requirement in NY, NJ.
• Valid CPR License.
• Experience with EMR software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides PT interventions that are safe, effective, and per guidelines.
• Manages and delegates to support staff as needed for patient care.
• Completes documentation of notes in WebPT EMR in timely manner per guidelines.
• Maintains CEU requirements for PTA license.
• Attends Billing/Coding seminars and participates in ongoing education.
• Educates community through lectures/presentations.
