Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant to support our therapist-led approach across multiple St. Louis facilities.

You will implement individualized treatment plans, document progress, educate patients on home exercises, and collaborate with supervising PT to adjust care. This is a full-time daytime role with licensure reimbursement and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices
