The role will split between Creve Coeur Manor, U-City Forest Manor, and The Pillars of North County, delivering care at skilled nursing facilities. Requirements include an Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant, an active PTA license, and the ability to implement treatment plans under supervision; prior PTA experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant (required).
• Current, unencumbered state PTA license.
• One year of PTA experience preferred.
• Ability to implement treatment plans under supervision.
• Strong documentation of patient progress and changes.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and assistive devices.
