Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at Suwannee Valley Nursing Center in Jasper, FL. You will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to implement individualized treatment plans and educate patients on home exercise programs and device usage.

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required

• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
