Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow physicians’ orders and treatment plans under the supervision of a PT.
• Provide therapy and adaptive equipment to maximize residents' function.
• Maintain timely and accurate resident reports per regulations.
• Observe infection control and safety policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and care staff.
