Job summary

A therapy services provider in West Bend, Wisconsin, seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant to treat patients with mobility and function challenges. Responsibilities include following treatment plans from Licensed Physical Therapists, documenting patient progress, and communicating effectively with families and staff. Successful candidates will have an Associate's Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant and be licensed in the state of Wisconsin. Qualifications

• Must be licensed in the state(s) where services are being provided.
• Experience with mobility, function, and strength rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients according to the treatment plan developed by the Licensed Physical Therapist.
• Communicate patient progress to the patient, family, and staff.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings when required.
• Record treatment notes and complete billing for services.
