Job summary

Spring River in Roswell, NM is seeking a Full-Time and PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. You will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to support residents’ mobility and independence.

New graduates are welcome; SNF or long-term care experience is preferred. A $5K sign-on bonus is offered, along with flexible scheduling and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• SNF or long-term care experience preferred.
• Current NM PTA license in good standing.
• Knowledge of modern therapy practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement plans developed by a licensed PT.
• Provide interventions to improve mobility, strength, function.
• Monitor progress and report changes to supervisor.
• Educate patients and families on therapy programs.
• Document treatments in EMR accurately and on time.
