You will provide PTA services under supervision of a licensed PT, participate in evaluation coordination, ensure compliant documentation, and contribute to program growth with ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Full-time schedule in SNF/Long-Term Care settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
