Job summary

Magnolia Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist. The goal is to deliver individualized treatment plans to help residents improve strength, mobility, and confidence.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team, ensure proper documentation, and uphold quality care, patient privacy, and professional standards in daily practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Valid state PTA license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic internet navigation.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Director of Rehabilitation.
• Assist in initial evaluations input.
• Implement treatment according to the plan of care.
• Ensure accurate documentation and billing per guidelines.
• Maintain patient-centered interactions with patients and staff.
• Supervise rehabilitation technicians as needed.
• Integrate PT services into facility treatment plans.
• Participate in care conferences and administrative meetings.
• Maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals.
