Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current California PTA license.

Responsibilities

• Assist the PT in implementing treatment plans to help patients regain movement and manage pain.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, gait training, and other interventions as directed by the PT.
• Educate patients and families about ongoing care and home exercises.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatments as needed under the PT guidance.
• Maintain a clean, safe treatment environment and comply with clinic protocols.
• Support administrative tasks such as scheduling and patient records, and collaborate with the care team.
