Responsibilities

• Provide physician-ordered treatments under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Educate patients and families on home programs for balance and gait training.
• Assist patients with physical activities and therapeutic devices.
• Observe, record, and report patient information to the healthcare team.
• Evaluate home environments and make recommendations for patient care.
