Homeside Rehab in Merrick, NY 11566 is seeking compassionate Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs) to join our home care team serving Merrick, NY 11566.

You will provide skilled therapy services per the established plan of care and implement interventions under the direction of a supervising PT or OT to help patients improve strength, mobility, and independence, while maintaining accurate documentation and collaborating with care teams.

Qualifications

• Active New York State PTA or OTA license required.
• Graduation from an accredited PTA or OTA program.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently in home care.
• Basic computer skills for electronic documentation.
• Experience in home health or related settings preferred but not required.

Homeside Rehab is seeking compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs) to join our growing home care team serving Merrick, NY 11566.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled therapy services according to the established plan of care

• Implement treatment interventions under the direction of a supervising PT or OT

• Help patients improve strength, mobility, functional abilities, and independence

• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising therapist

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, supervising therapists, and office staff

• Follow all clinical, documentation, and compliance requirements

Qualifications

• Active New York State PTA or OTA license
