Advance Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in Florida. The PTA will work under a Physical Therapist, develop and initiate treatment plans, and assist in delivering high-quality orthopedic-focused care.

You will document progress, coordinate with physicians and insurers, and contribute to comprehensive rehab programs. Mentorship, residency options, and ongoing education are available in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Current state PTA license (Georgia) and CPR certification.
• Experience with exercises, sports rehab, and manual techniques.
• Outgoing and energetic personality.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist in assessing patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on evaluation results.
• Provide direct patient care under supervision of a Physical Therapist following protocols.
• Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers.
• Ensure patient care by assistants/rehabilitation technicians meets standards.
• Assist in completing written plans of care and developing goals from evaluation findings.
• Support implementation of physical therapy programs and treatments.
• Communicate with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurers under supervision.

What You'll Do:

• Assist in assessing patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on the evaluation results
