Job summary

Advance Rehabilitation is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to join our team, with a strong focus on orthopedics and a commitment to growth and continuing education. You will assess patients, design treatment plans, and provide direct care following established protocols while guiding assistants.

The role includes mentorship and access to an in-house APTA accredited Residency program, with a comprehensive benefits package and sign-on bonuses.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Georgia Physical Therapy license and CPR certification.
• Experience with exercise, sports rehabilitation and manual therapy.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on evaluation results
• Provide direct patient care by established protocols and guidelines
• Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers
• Supervise and coordinate care by assistants and rehabilitation technicians
• Develop a written plan of care with goals and a comprehensive program
• Implement physical therapy treatments and therapies
• Communicate with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurance companies

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for orthopedics and a thirst for continued knowledge and growth.

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on the evaluation results
• Provide direct patient care by established protocols and patient care guidelines
• Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers
• Responsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians
• Complete a written plan of care, develop goals based on evaluation findings, and develop a comprehensive program to attain goals
• Implement physical therapy treatment program and provide essential physical therapy treatments
• Communicate effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues, including physicians and insurance companies

Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current state of Georgia Physical Therapy license, CPR certification
• Exercise, sports rehab, and manual-based skills
• Outgoing and energetic personality
