Crestwood Health & Rehabilitation in Wills Point, TX seeks a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-house therapy team. You will work under Physical Therapist supervision to provide rehabilitative care, applying evidence-based methods and tailoring treatments to patient needs.

Crestwood Health & Rehabilitation in Wills Point, TX, is a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric outpatient services provided. We are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house therapy team. As a member of our team, you can expect excellent leadership, facility level decision making, competitive compensation and most of all, a fun work environment where you are appreciated and supported to do your best work.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply evidence-based practices to support clinical interventions.
• Provide rehabilitative treatment to patients with physical functioning disorders under Physical Therapist supervision.
• Administer various rehabilitation procedures, including manual techniques, ambulation, exercises, modalities, and supportive device use, under Physical Therapist supervision.
• Collaborate with the supervising Physical Therapist to assess and adjust treatments according to regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Offer consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders.

Qualifications

Physical Therapist Assistant license is required
