Crestwood Health & Rehabilitation in Wills Point, TX, is a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric outpatient services provided. We are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house therapy team. Key Responsibilities

• Apply evidence-based practices to support clinical interventions.
