Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current state licensure or in the process of licensure.

Responsibilities

• Apply individualized care plans under supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Utilize evidence-based clinical programs and pathways to optimize patient outcomes.
• Support patient progress across physical, emotional, social, and cognitive domains.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current state licensure -or- in the process of obtaining appropriate state licensure

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Post-Acute care preferred
