Job summary

AgeRight Therapy – Nehalem Valley Care Center is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver person-centered therapy, basing plans on clinical data and evidence-based pathways. You will work within a network focused on senior care, applying modalities and whole-person approaches to improve function and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited PT program with the appropriate degree.
• Current state licensure - or in the process of obtaining licensure.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited education program with the appropriate degrees in Physical Therapy
• Current state licensure -or- in the process of obtaining appropriate state licensure

• Experience in Post-Acute care preferred
