AgeRight Therapy – Valley Hi Nursing Home & Rehabilitation in Wisconsin invites a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team delivering person-centered therapy and advancing patient outcomes.

You will work under a PT, implement personalized care plans, and utilize evidence-based programs while supporting seniors to improve function and quality of life. New grads are encouraged to apply and grow with us.

Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current state licensure -or- in the process of obtaining appropriate state licensure.

• Apply a transformative approach to therapy by implementing personalized care plans under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

Salary Range: $30 - $40 /hr
